Is my data stored in the cloud?
Your project files stay on your machine by default, with no Redstrings cloud account or sync service. If you choose Gemini analysis, the selected board content and your API key go directly to Google.
Can I try Pro features before buying?
Redstrings does not include a Pro trial. The free version includes the complete core board and all export options.
Do I need to pay for updates?
No. Pro is a one-time purchase with no subscription, and updates are included under the current license terms.
Can I use it on multiple computers?
Your license is tied to your Microsoft or Apple account. Install on any device signed into that account.
What if I want a refund?
Refunds are handled by the app store where you purchased. Microsoft Store offers refunds within 14 days of purchase.
