The Board Generation workflow asks the agent to read the active board before making changes, reuse existing cards, add missing facts and connections, and keep the current layout unless you explicitly ask to rearrange it.

Your layout stays yours
The workflow asks the agent to place new cards near the cards they connect to and leave enough room to avoid overlap. It also asks the agent not to relayout, score, or optimize the entire board during a normal content update. Ask for arrangement or a layout audit separately when that is what you need.
Board Generation works through a connected MCP client and is experimental. Review each applied change in Redstrings, use Undo when needed, and keep a backup of important projects.
